Audacity Events was created in 2008 by Allison Rynne, A Kovacs, and Brent Altomare. While larger civic events have a special place in our hearts, we also excel at corporate events, conferences, and education events.

Allison Rynne specializes in the orchestration of large scale events including tactical planning, sponsorship coordination, event permitting and event management. She has worked as the Event Manager and Development Manager of Balboa Park December Nights since 2007. She was also instrumental in the design of the inaugural San Diego Science Festival, the largest science celebration in the nation! Currently, Allison is continuing with these projects and she is working on the Science Festival Alliance as a Project Manager. She is also a member of the LEAD Impact Class of 2010 and a Board Member for Balboa Park Central.

A Kovacs is a PMP-certified Project Manager, with 13 years experience managing everything from exclusive events for less than 10 to large-scale global projects involving 17 countries and a staff of 57.  She has planned many meetings for the pharmaceutical industry covering various needs including training, team building, and celebratory events. She also worked at the Meeting Manager for The Amaz!ng Meeting 7, a conference on critical thinking, in Las Vegas. Currently, A is helping build the San Diego Science Festival brand with Allison, and is a grass-roots proponent of building communities through social media.
